The NIHR have announced their Shape the Future campaign for health and care professionals.

If you’re new to research, you’re an undergraduate student, or you want to find out about your next step in research, there are many ways to explore research careers and add research to your practice. From academic schemes to short online courses, from internships to mentoring opportunities, your next step in research starts here.

The campaign, running 6-30 November, will highlight how researchers can make an impact in the NHS and explore ways to start a career as a clinical academic. A wide variety of internships, work placements, academic and research delivery schemes are available right now for new and experienced researchers. NIHR are offering Link and Learn, a time-limited mentoring scheme, which will give you the chance to ask questions and get career guidance from more experienced researchers.
